In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the e3vip platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting is not explicitly prohibited by an enforceable criminal statute applicable to the end user.
• You must not have been previously excluded, self-excluded, or permanently banned from the e3vip platform.
• You must not be acting as an agent, proxy, or nominee for any other person in creating or operating an account.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, or immediate family member of an e3vip employee in a role with access to non-public platform data.

e3vip primarily serves players based in Indonesia. By registering an account, you confirm that you have independently assessed the legality of online betting in your jurisdiction and accept sole responsibility for your compliance with any applicable local laws.

To access real-money betting services on e3vip, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. The following rules apply:

• One Account Rule: Each person may hold only one active account on the e3vip platform. Registering, attempting to register, or knowingly using multiple accounts — whether in your own name or under a different identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian national ID number (NIK), valid email address, and active mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration details is grounds for immediate termination.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. e3vip will treat any activity conducted through your account as authorized by you. Notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Account Currency: All accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). e3vip does not offer multi-currency accounts. All balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and bonus credits are recorded and processed in IDR.
• Non-Transferability: Your account, including any balance and bonus credits, is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party under any circumstances.

e3vip operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) program in accordance with international anti-money-laundering (AML) standards and responsible gaming obligations. The following terms govern this process:

• Mandatory Documents: You must submit a clear, unobstructed photograph or scan of a valid government-issued Indonesian identification document — either your KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk) or a valid Indonesian passport — along with a live selfie taken at the time of submission.
• Withdrawal Block: Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed. Depositing and placing bets may proceed prior to KYC completion, but no funds may be withdrawn until your identity has been verified.
• Verification Timeline: Most KYC submissions are reviewed within 10 minutes during business hours (08:00–18:00 WIB, Monday through Friday). Weekend and public-holiday submissions may take up to 24 hours.
• Additional Verification: e3vip reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including proof of address, source of funds, or payment method ownership verification. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 days may result in account suspension.
• Data Protection: All KYC documents are stored in encrypted vaults and are accessible only to authorized compliance personnel. For full details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

e3vip accepts deposits exclusively from payment methods registered in the Member's own name. The following deposit conditions apply:

• Accepted Payment Methods: Bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata; e-wallet top-ups via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All methods must be registered under your own verified identity.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. There is no maximum single deposit limit for fully KYC-verified accounts.
• Processing Time: Deposits to e3vip accounts are credited instantly upon confirmation from the originating financial institution. e3vip is not liable for delays caused by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider.
• No Deposit Fees: e3vip does not charge any processing fee on deposits. Your financial institution may impose its own transfer fees, for which e3vip bears no responsibility.
• Third-Party Funding: Depositing funds from a payment method not registered in your own legal name is strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be reversed, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.
• Currency: All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). e3vip does not accept foreign-currency deposits.

Withdrawals from e3vip accounts are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Prerequisite: Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed. No exceptions apply.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 per transaction.
• Processing Time: Withdrawal requests to verified BCA and BRI accounts are typically completed within 5 minutes. Transfers to BNI, Mandiri, and other supported banks may take up to 30 minutes. e-wallet withdrawals to OVO, DANA, and GoPay are typically processed within 10 minutes. All processing times are 24/7, inclu ding weekends and public holidays.
• Same-Method Policy: Withdrawals must be directed to the same bank account or e-wallet used to make the most recent qualifying deposit. This policy is enforced to prevent money laundering and protect Members from unauthorized fund diversion.
• Withdrawal Fees: e3vip does not charge withdrawal processing fees. Your receiving financial institution may apply its own inbound transfer fee, for which e3vip bears no responsibility.
• Pending Bets: Withdrawals may only be requested on the settled portion of your account balance. Funds committed to active, unsettled bets are not available for withdrawal until those bets are settled.
• Bonus Balance: Any portion of your balance derived from an active, uncleared bonus is subject to the wagering requirements described in Clause 7. Such funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable rollover has been satisfied.
• Right to Review: e3vip reserves the right to delay any withdrawal request for up to 72 hours for compliance review purposes. Members will be notified of any such delay and of any documentation required to release the withdrawal.

e3vip offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Members. All bonuses are governed by the following general terms, supplemented by any specific conditions stated at the point of bonus activation:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are not withdrawable as cash until the specified wagering requirement has been met. Sports betting bonuses carry a rollover of 5× to 15× the bonus amount. Casino and slot bonuses carry a rollover of 20× to 35× the bonus amount. The exact multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated on the promotion page at the time of activation.
• Eligible Games: Wagering contribution rates vary by game type. Sports bets typically contribute 100% toward rollover. Certain slot titles contribute between 50% and 100%. Live casino table games may contribute as little as 10%. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not activated within 7 days of issuance will expire and be forfeited. Once activated, wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days, unless a shorter period is specified in the promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Members may hold only one active bonus at a time unless e3vip explicitly states that a promotion is stackable. Activating a second bonus while a first is active may result in the forfeiture of the first bonus.
• Abuse Prevention: e3vip monitors bonus usage for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-variance betting strategies designed to clear rollover with minimal risk, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and systematic exploitation of reload offers. Accounts identified as engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses voided and may be subject to further restrictions.
• Seasonal Promotions: Special promotions may be offered in connection with seasonal events including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). Such promotions carry their own specific terms and are available for a limited period only.
• Right to Amend or Withdraw: e3vip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to the obligation to honor commitments made to Members who have already validly activated the affected promotion.

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the e3vip platform. Game- and sport-specific rules are published in the relevant sections of the platform and form part of these Terms.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is accepted only when e3vip issues a confirmed bet reference number. In the event of a system error that causes a bet to appear placed without a reference number, the bet shall be deemed void.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by market, sport, and event. Limits are displayed at the point of bet placement. e3vip reserves the right to adjust limits on individual accounts without prior notice, particularly for accounts that demonstrate consistent sharp-betting patterns.
• Odds Changes: Odds offered at the time of bet placement are binding once the bet is confirmed. Subsequent odds movements do not affect accepted bets. For in-play markets, odds may change during the brief processing period between submission and confirmation; the confirmed odds shown on the bet slip are the binding odds.
• Void Bets: A bet may be voided if: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond 48 hours; a palpable error in odds is identified; the event outcome is officially declared void by the governing sporting body; or e3vip determines, at its sole discretion, that the bet was placed in contravention of these Terms.
• Mix Parlay: Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the bet to return a profit. If any single selection is voided, the accumulator is recalculated as though that selection was not included. If the remaining selections all win, the parlay pays out at the revised combined odds.
• Togel Draw Rules: Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws are conducted by the applicable official draw operator. e3vip does not influence draw outcomes. Winning calculations are based on the official published results. Disputes regarding draw outcomes must be raised within 24 hours of the result being published.
• Result Disputes: All bet settlements are final once processed. Disputes must be submitted to e3vip customer support within 72 hours of settlement. e3vip's decision following investigation is final and binding.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the e3vip platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account under a false or third-party identity.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any software that interacts with the platform in a non-human manner without e3vip's express written consent.
• Exploiting software bugs, platform errors, or pricing anomalies (commonly referred to as "arbing" or "error abuse") to generate guaranteed or near-guaranteed profits.
• Engaging in collusion with other Members, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker or table games, coordinated betting to manipulate market odds, or sharing account access with a third party to circumvent betting limits.
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds derived from criminal activity, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or proceeds of corruption.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event or game on which a bet has been placed.
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other technical means to obscure your true geographic location or identity for the purpose of circumventing platform restrictions.
• Engaging in chargebacks or disputed transactions with your payment provider in bad faith, including disputing legitimate settled bets as unauthorized transactions.

All content on the e3vip platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, trademarks, game content, odds data, text, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive property of e3vip or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes. This license does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any platform content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component; scrape odds data or any other platform data using automated means; or use e3vip's trademarks or branding without prior written authorization.

Any unauthorized use of e3vip's intellectual property may result in legal action and will result in immediate account termination.

e3vip collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include: collection of registration data, transaction records, bet history, and device/session identifiers; use of data for account administration, fraud prevention, KYC compliance, and personalized bonus communications; retention of transaction and identity records for a minimum of five years following account closure; and the right of Members to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data subject to applicable legal retention obligations.

e3vip does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated third-party KYC verification providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities where required by law.

e3vip is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We offer a suite of tools designed to help Members maintain control over their betting activity:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases take effect after a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Members may configure session duration alerts and automatic logout timers to manage time spent on the platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to take a break from betting may apply for a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests take effect within one hour of confirmation and cannot be reversed during the chosen period.
• Reality Checks: Regular on-screen notifications reminding Members of their session duration and net wagering position are available and can be configured in account settings.

e3vip strictly enforces a 21+ age restriction. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds held in the account will be returned to the originating payment method after deduction of any bonus credits.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, e3vip's liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform is limited as follows:

• No Warranty: The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. e3vip makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• Force Majeure: e3vip shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, government action, power outages, internet service provider failures, DDoS attacks, or other cybersecurity incidents.
• Consequential Loss: e3vip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if e3vip has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Maximum Liability Cap: Subject to clauses governing fraud and gross negligence, e3vip's maximum total liability to any individual Member in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days preceding the incident.
• Betting Losses: e3vip is not liable for any betting losses incurred by a Member as a result of placing bets on the platform. All betting is conducted at the Member's own risk and discretion.

e3vip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the Member's financial institution.
• Discovery that the Member is under 21 years of age.
• Identification of a duplicate account held by the same individual.
• Any activity that e3vip reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or to other Members.

Upon termination for cause, e3vip reserves the right to forfeit any balance attributable to bonus funds and any winnings derived from wagering conducted in breach of these Terms. Legitimate real-money deposits not derived from prohibited activity will be returned to the originating payment method following completion of any compliance review.

Members who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours, and any remaining eligible balance will be refunded to the verified withdrawal method on file.

e3vip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, e3vip will notify active Members via the email address registered on their account and/or via an in-platform notification displayed upon next login.

Amendments take effect 7 days after the date of notification, except where immediate effect is required by law or by an urgent platform integrity concern, in which case changes take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which e3vip holds its primary international operating license. To the extent that Indonesian law applies mandatorily to the relationship between e3vip and a Member resident in Indonesia, such provisions of Indonesian law shall apply concurrently and shall prevail over these Terms only to the extent strictly required.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting e3vip's support team. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of the international arbitral institution designated in e3vip's current licensing jurisdiction. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent e3vip from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
